For a limited time, grab our signature celebration cookie with special ALS awareness and Mendon Vikings sprinkle mixes.

100% of proceeds will be donated to the ALS Association on behalf of the Mendon Varsity Softball the team.

Money raised from the Strike Out Lou Gehrig’s Disease softball/baseball Classic helps hundreds of families across Central New York access vital services like clinical care, support groups, equipment loans and caregiver respite.

If at first (or second, or third) you don’t succeed, try, try again - until you get it right!

When I had the idea to make cookie cake, cut it into slices and dip them in chocolate to make them look like carrots, I thought my first attempt was going to come out exactly like I envisioned it in my head. It did not. Neither did the second.

But, I didn’t give up!

I kept refining and trying and troubleshooting until they came out exactly how I wanted them to.

You’re going to have baking fails, but that doesn’t mean it’s a bad idea. No matter what project or hobby or skill you’re tackling - Never. Give. Up. The first time you try something, will most likely be a fail, but each time you try again, it will get better. I promise!
