Pittsford Cookie Co.

A Jersey girl, born and raised, I moved to Pittsford in September of 2020 with my family to be closer to my sister, to provide my daughter with a better education and to leave the stress of a daily NYC commute far behind.  I immediately started baking for friends and neighbors and before I knew it, Pittsford Cookie Company was born. 

Aside from founding a Wall Street-media company in 2006 (which I still also currently run), I am a self-taught home baker. I have been baking for others for well over 20 years and have been working to perfect my craft ever since. I am constantly striving to push myself out of my comfort zone and to learn something new. People often ask me what sets my cookies apart from others and I always say, “Well, this may sound weird, but I have a connection with the dough.” And while that might sound strange, it’s true.  I can tell from the smell of the butter and sugar as they come together in the mixer with other ingredients and flavors whether a cookie is going to be good or not. I also care about the quality of ingredients I use (no skimping out here) and using real flavors. Cookies shouldn’t just look good, they also need to taste good! We strive to present customers with a final product that they love to both receive AND eat!

The Pittsford Cookie Company is currently a registered home bakery with the State of New York.  I am fortunate to have been able to completely renovate my kitchen to suit my baking needs and have baked THOUSANDS of cookies in my home oven.
